Hey,
Im having a hard time with the dress code, partly because I have literally no clothes that follow it. So do you know any clothing stores that have clothes for professional dress. Also the evening gown/semi-formal dress. help!

About the semi formal dress, I have no idea. looks like I gotta hit the mall pretty soon!!!!!! Smile Hope that helped!!! lol.

Heyy!
I had somethings that fit the dress code from things I've done bofore such as Governor's Page. Neiman Marcus is a good store to look at they have a lot of good professional clothes though they are pretty expenisive. Jones of New York is also good, as well as BCBG. The semi-formal dress well im not really sure what i'm going to do. I might just wear my prom dress cause its really simple. But that might still be to much..what do you think?

yea I havnt even begun to start shopping...the dress is totally my hardest thing right now. i'd go for your prom dress as long as its not to "prom" ish:P im leaning more towards a formal fun cocktail dress.

well i just started my shopping last weekend. like nothing fits for the dress code, so im having a hard time--and b/c i have such a "me" style i dont like conforming into something so boring. I looked at dresses. Im leaning toward a knee length, although the full length is my second choice. when i get my dress ill send a pic. curinne im also going that week.

hello everyone. My name is Maggie and I'm going july 1st-6th.

Now, dress code.
I'm packing two suits and a lot of dresses. The dresses are to the knee or just a bit above to still have that professional look. Even though I'm packing alot of flats, i'm still packing my pumps. For casual, im still going to look pretty cute like capris and a cute shirt.
For the semi-formal dress, im wearing my prom dress but no worries, it isnt THAT dressy. It's a red, short, strapless dress with HUGE black sequins. It's by jovani, "beyond", and you can see it on their website but its a black dress with white sequins.

hope this helps!

i just went shopping yesterday for some of my outfits. i bought one suit, two pairs on dress pants (one plain and one pinstripe), one pair of professional capris, one black shirt, one white/pink shirt (both are button up), another white shirt that isn't button up, and black flats. i plan on wearing either my homecoming or valentine's dances dress. do you girls know of anything else i should buy?

im going to bring 2 suits. im going to bring one dress thats knee length. and my semi-formal im not sure yet. i really want a floor length but we'll see. for shoes they discourage high heels although ill be bringing some. i bought a pair thats only 1 inch...that seems to be your best bet. good luck
