How do I coordinate my travel arrangements with NYLF?

There are a lot of topics about dress, but most of them are for girls. Exactly how many casual outfits, and professional? Is there i link i can follow to see the Dress Code?

I received a letter two days ago and how long until i get the rest of the info?

How is rooming and will there be anyone coming along with me? Or will someone by waiting at the airport to get me, and how safe is it?

Is there any 'free' time to get a look at the city or is it all a iron schedule?

Is there any extra things i should bring? For an example, should i bring something to take notes in during the mock trial or lectures?
