using them correctly...i lift for soccer so i know how everything is supposed to be used.
apparently they told us we weren't supposed to use it....but i must have missed that part of the rules... O.o |

no you have a point...most teams don't lift but our coach is ex-marine and hates his players looking like p.u.s.s.i.e.s. so he makes us power lift for 2 hours 5 times a week except for the day before a game.
