How much money do I need to bring? Did you find that $100 was enough? What about mp3's or computer games. I read on the tech board that there was a gaming lab. Is there really time for games? I guess I will find my cell phone helpful, but what else?

The gaming lab is only a Tech thing. I don't even know if there are computer labs at any of the other Forums.
Regarding the other topics, hopefully a Law alum will reply. I'd suggest bringing a little more that $100 though, or at least have access to an ATM card to get more if needed. You could probably get by on $100, but that could mean few or no suvineers, as I believe you will have to pay for some meals while out on site visits or recreational activites. Digital music players are fine, and I'm sure many students bring them. Cell phone...definitely. Bring it if you have it. Otherwise don't worry.

I think i'll just bring mine, and if we can't use them, then i'll figure out what to do from there... btw, just HOW academically prepared should we be...? in terms of recent events?
Purses are fine, just nothing that will get in the way. Think professionally. If you like certain pen of yours, bring it. Paper is not necessary unless you want to write a lot of stuff down on your own time. I would be familiar with recent US foreign policy happenings (esp. in Iran/Middle East, North Korea and Africa) but you need not be an expert. The more you know going in, obviously, the more likely you will be able to contribute to current events discussions.
