Hi there, I am about to attend NYLF on National Security, but I'm not an American citizen yet because i was born in Germany, and I have only lived in the United States for about three years. Will there be any restrictions on my experience in Washington, D.C.?

I have no idea. But don't worry, I just became a citizen from China couple months ago. And I don't sense any differences.
I mean back then, I can still visit the white house while I am not a citizen. At that time, I don't even have a green card. Well, for military secret stuffs, you might need to prove you are living or loyal to America.
In China, they make sure that you are a Chinese citizen and wouldn't leak out any military secrets before letting you in their base. In the US, maybe the rules are not as strict. Idk, we are not going to Area51, so there shouldn't be much that many people don't know already. lol
hi, i became a citizen in 2004. i am from lithuania. i got a call today from nylf and they said that they need a copy of my passport because for my site selection i chose the CIA. You should not have much trouble. I mean they might run a background check on you. I don't know..
