Hi, I am attending the October 3-8 sessiong of the DID forum. I was just looking at the list of the 24 site experiences that you must number and came up with a few questions:
1) How many of the experiences do you actually participate in?
2) I guess I kind of like knowing what I am getting into as well so if some of you could perhaps name what experiences you chose and give a bit more in depth explanation of what you do at the seperate experiences I would really appreciate it.
You'll be with the same group all day with the site experience but may go a variety of places. My group went to an embassy and the State Department. I don't remember if those were separate choices or what, but I know I got my first choice.
I can try to help with specific questions you have about certain sites because I don't recall what all the sites are.

I can't quite recall exactly how many experiences you'll get to enjoy, but I doubt you won't enjoy them. When I went earlier this year, my group had an exploration of capitol hill, we walked the monuments(on the last night there and it snowed! ^_^), we had a sort of "free day" (hour couple of hours) at the museums of our choice, went to Arlington, and the Pentagon. Trust me, its worth it!
