Haha I hope so. LOL Anyway. I think that we are supposed to be roomed with three to four other people. There is not supposed to be very much free time at all. They said that we would be busy all day long.

Please, please, please... Save the relationships ans hormones for after the conference... Become friends, trade Facebook names, etc... But this is not the place to try to have romantic relationships. A) It is against the Code of Conduct to have "those" sorts of relations and B) If you wouldn't do it in front of your parents you shouldn't do it there.

This is a reason to get sent home early, w/o refund. Which would really make your parents mad. Plus, there are soooo sooo many exciting things really use this for self exploration. Make a great network of many many friends. You will gain the most if u step outside your normal shell and cliquish tendencies to meet lots of people you might not normally speak too.

Remember, everyone is high achieving. People have did alot of cool things. The Advisors, Speakers, Sites, etc... You can be a sponge and really shape your life in a new way if u arrive with an open mind. Take advantage of leadership opportunities and more. It doesn't matter what stereotype you fight into in your own town and school. Here you can explore being much much more. If you are the "ambassador" instead of the "interest group" that is.

Challenge your self to be your own politician; making as many new friends and networks as you can. Some people come to the conference from culturally limited communities, make it a point to speak to different people and learn about others.

You seem to possess never-ending wisdom, yet you post anonymously.

Keep in mind that was said in jest, your response was a bit strong-armed to something said as lightly as that.

I'm not sure if you're bitter because of some past experience, but try not to scare forum members off. The object is to grow from this experience while having fun; jokes included.

It's the responsibility of the attendee to make sure they take full advantage of the opportunity, I'm sure very few will waste it.
