SoftballLover: The dorms are nice. Well most of them are.
I was in Building 2 where the suites are all at. I would say those are the nicest rooms on CKC. Some rooms are two-roomed suites with a living space and private bathroom. My friend had a three-room suite with a living space and two private bathrooms. I think Building 3 has some private bathrooms. Building 4 is a typical dorm with 3 beds and common bathrooms. Building 12 is the only all-male dorm which smells funny. There are no coed dorms. Also note: Most med sessions take place in Bldg. 12 and if you have to use the restroom, beware of lingering guys. lol.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Overall, this is one of the best experiences of my life! You will have soooo much fun! Wear comfy shoes because the walk to Wheeler Auditorium and Telegraph is killer. Beware of hobos and eat Blondie's pizza! You will make friends instantly and create a bond like no other. My group became family.

Also, G/Gull (whose real name is much too complicated) was the BEST F.A. at the forum. Representin' Spock!

P.S. While you are there for ten days, be aware of the fact that there was a swine flu outbreak towards the end of the session. Please wash your hands and maintain good hygiene Smile

Have fun second session! You all will enjoy yourselves!

OMG, Kei-Lwun. Are you still on here?? hahaha. I want to go back so bad. It was great practice for college for me next month. I loved the fact we were always busy and had something to do so we didn't waste away bored.

All the guys going your pretty much gonna need dress shirts for like 7 days even though it says 4-5 on the pamphlet you'll need one for all those days. and depending which hospital you visit you will have a certain type of dress code for those days. have fun. and don't give hobos money they'll run after you every time they see you.

To all of second session: Have so much fun! It's well worth waking up early and ending really late. It's an absolute blast! Enjoy every moment of it because before you know it, you'll be saying goodbye to the best friends ever.

Also, med session isn't that bad. It's long but it's not bad. My F.A. was so lenient on us but we still got everything done.

GO SPOCK! Big Grin
