Hey everyone I am Samantha I will be attending session 3 in 2009. Well I just wanted to say hello and get to know anyone else who is going! Talk to you guys soon!

hello, my name is liza and i am attending session 2, if anyone is going, reply to this!

My name is Kelsey and i attened NYLF in philly last summer and had the best time of my life! here are some tips you will need for survival!


~the dorm rooms are freezing! bring an extra blanket and a sweatshirt!
~for the girls wear skirts...they are much cooler in the heat. Dress pants are much hotter and annoying.
~sleep as much as you can before going because you will stay up late having fun every night and get up very early every morning
~bring snacks, chips, and granola bars...at night you will get the munchies and need food. also breakfast in the morning is very early and if you are not a morning person like me you will end up skipping breakfast and the granola bars are a good substitute for breakfast.
~the food in the cafeteria is not very good! bring lots of extra cash for pizza and chinese! the delievery food is much better!
~bring wrinkle remover to get wrinkles out of your clothes from being in a suit case. also bring tide to go sticks because if you plan to rewear clothes you will need to spot clean your clothes.
~if you roommate is werid...dont freak out! you dont need to spend every minute with your roommate just hangout with your other friends!
~be friendly to everyone and make new friends! everyone feels akward and neverous the first day so you are not alone
~dont loose your room key, food card, and name tag...it is not worth it to buy a new one or spend the time looking for it
~if you are planning on running while at NYLF think again...i am a cross country runner and i promised myself i would run while at NYLF but you will not have time to! they keep you way too busy to find time too!
~there is a secert computer lab next to the coffe shop downstairs in the main building...it is a really cool place to hang out cause it has couches and pool tables too! i think it is called the treehouse something
~wear comfortable shoes or bring shoes to walk in and then change into your dress shoes because it is a long walk to everything and you will get blisters! band-aids are a must!
~an umberella is also good in case it rains

thanks for the tips i will use them I am attending session 3 i can't wait i live in Derby New York so i will have a long ride. (my whole family is going down with me so more than 2 hours in a car with 5 other brothers and sisters will NOT be fun) anyway got to go have major tests tommorrow (I HATE MIDTERMS!!!!) bye

unfortunetly i don't maybe i should get one and i just found out that my cousin Sean went to this last year in D.C. he said it was amazing i can't wait to talk to him about it anyway ttyl

schools almost over well its over in June but still. Anyway i got into the academy of Business and Finance for our school. 3 year program and a paid internship between my junior and senior year anyway got to go if anyone wants to find me go to quizilla.com and find Dreameroflife23 and that's ME!!!

I'm attending Session #2 July 5-14
I like totally can't wait to go.
I'm actually fundraising at this point. I plan to raise half the funds by the Forum
My parents already paid but I'm going to reimburse them half the money and get them a hot anniversary gift
So I guess I'm done for now,
