I just came back from D.C. June 14-23 and most girls had fancier dresses than I expected.

r guys supposed to wear a suit jacket too because if its not air conditioned a suit jacket and july in philadelphia do not mix very well

guys are prolly expected to dress nicely too but i doubt a suit jacket will be necessary just dress like you would for like homecoming;... just like semi formal
