Hey Liane ;]
It's always fun
to meet new people
on this thing, especially
since I've only met two
so far who are going to Houston.
So, where are you from? Age?
Grade? As you can see, we Houston
girls like to know a lot about each
other. Right, Melanie and Angelina?
Haha.

HEY! Me too. Well, the freshman
part. When are you turning 15?

I remember in fifth grade, when
I asked this girl in my class (I
was new at that time) when her
birthday was, and it turns out that
we had the same! Except she was a
year older.

Sorry, I don't know what that has to
do with anything.

Haha, Liane. Tell us MORE! All your
faves and phobias and stuff. If you
want to know more about us, then,
like Melanie said, read our past
convos.

Isn't it funny how there's only 4 of
us, and we're already on our third page?
Hehehe.

yeah, well, like I said before, our thread has turned into a conversation, not an intro thread.... ^.^
yeah, I know what you mean about birthdays...I know 4 people who have the SAME birthday as me and two of them are my age. Its scary awesome.
But I'm excited, because tomorrow is SPRING BREAK....which means no homework, and I am going to concentrate on getting through at least 2 seasons of LOST.
I have JUSt started the series and I absolutely ADORE it. Its awesome. I will impersonate a couch potato and make sure I wathc adnd watch and watch until I get through them! YES!

I'm gonna be 15 on April 11... You have an early spring break. My spring break is not until April. umm I have a lot of phobias lol but my biggest one has to be dirt. I don't like it when i can see dirt. Like if I can see dirt on a white blanket and I can't see dirt on a black blanket, I would choose the black blanket even if it is more dirty.

Gosh, my spring break isn't until April
also. Or whenever Easter is.

I'm turning 15 on October 19, if you
wanted to know.

I caught the first 2 shows during the
summer and that was it. If my friends
and I have a marathon with Season 1, then
I'll probably move on to the second.

Wow, now that's one strange phobia. My phobia
is drowning. We sometimes have reports of
drowning, and of course, it frightens me.
However, now that I'm in paddling, my phobia
is getting smaller. Well, not the phobia
itself, but my mind is getting rid of my
feeling that I will drown any day. There are
very little chances of me drowning in this
sport (paddling). Sorry I have to make all my
answers so complicated. It reminds me of my
friend (the one who shares my birthday). If
you ask her a question, she'll explain her
answer in such a long reply.

Man, I keep getting off subject and being
random. Ughh, sorry.

naw, its TOALLY okay....oh, and I can completely understand aout dirt. It's kind of...groaty....thats the only word I can really think of that describes it! ^.^
But what I think I am scared of the most is spiders and bugs. I dont even really like butterflies that much. They just completely creep me out for some reason. (I always have to get my sister to remove spiders taht et in the bathtub...its bad)...
Snakes are fine, though, and so is every other creature known to man...^.^
I havent seen that show, but I think that I'll look inot it over spring break, which is HERE!!!!! ^.^

Gee, I'm so jealous.
For biology, we're dissecting
frogs soon (I think), and I'm
so scared. Then I thought, "Tami,
how are you going to make through
this medical forum if you can't
even dissect a dead frog?"

Wish me luck Wink

I DO wish you luck!
We did that last year in our biology class, only it was with a sheep's heart. ick....it was kinda disappointing, though...and it SMELLED!!!!
...pffffffft! and then my friend had to convince her idiotic lab partner to not commit suicide by drinking the preservation fluid that the hearts were stored in. He was willing to drink it if someone gave him $20. It was hilarious! XD He just didnt seem to understand that that stuff was BAD fro you....^.^

The things people do, hahahaha.
However, I'd rather do a sheep's
heart than the whole, disgusting
body of a frog. (shudders) Eww...
I'm grossing myself out just thinking
about it.

Today in paddling practice, the boat
flipped! (Good thing I wasn't on it though.)
It was funny. All I heard was a scream, and
the next thing I saw was a capsized boat and
a bunch of girls laughing. We were practicing
out turns, and I guess the boat was out of
balance or something.

hmm? i'd have to say i have a HUGE phobia of the dark, and spiders, and loud noises. lol. i'm definately not afraid of snakes. i have a 4 and a half foot ball python :] i love him. he is sooooo AWESOME!!

about the dissecting frogs...its not that bad. i did one in the 7th grade. its actually pretty cool. but i was one of the few people who isn't bothered by that kind of stuff. i'll have to say the worst part is the smell :/ i think dissecting a sheep heart would be cool. i want to be a pediatric cardiologist so i also like that kind of stuff.

about the drowning thing yall were talking about, one time i was floating the river with some of my friends and we went down this "water fall" thingy. but it was really small so i dont know if you would call it a water fall. and my inner tube flipped and when i tried to come up i couldn't cuz my inner tube was on top of me. i got kinda scared. i thought i was going to drown, but i'm a really good swimmer so i managed. lol.

sorry if i don't get on in the next few days, i have a big race coming up, my coach wants me to break the school record in the 800 meter run :/ its been held for 30 years. ehh. its gonna stink. so i will be spending 90% of my time running and the other 10% sleeping. lol.

naw...I don't have a myspace.
hehe...and wil you eat while you run?
and also...nO WAY!!! I want a python!!! That is beyond unfair. My dad doesnt like samkes though....so I'm doomed to never own a snake...XP
Yeah...the sheep's heart was NOT that bad, just the smell. It made me gag. But the rest was really cool. And boring. My teacher managedt o suck the life out of everything interesting we did that year in biology. Our school never got to disssect frogs though....but I've seen it done, so I hope when I take my IB Bioligy classes, we will get to do that (I heard that in those classes I would have to dissect a CAT!)

Have fun with your running. I resolved to actually get in shape this spring breakl, but Its not coming along TOO fabulously. My new superhero name is Thunderthighs. I have been doing SO much biking and yard spring cleaning....ugh...
But! The weather is now WARM again! ^.^

Well, I just came back from running a 5k.
That has to count for something Smile
But I was REALLY slow in this one.

BTW, Melanie, I should be like Superquads
or something; my thighs are HUGE. Haha.

SUPERQUADS?!?!?!
YES! You can be my sidekick. Together we shall fight the forces of muscle cramps and lactic acid! I pity you....
meh...I am saddened. I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to see Watchmen, but its reated R and my parents wont take me....sniffle...I adore the comic, but everyone says the movie is amazing.
...sniffle...
Anyone have any other recommendations for good movies that are out?
oh, and tami? Since you live in Guam, does that mean you get movies at the same time as everyone else? Or are they delayed? Just curious....I like asking random stuff...

Nice to met you Victoria. Hopefully i'll get enough sleep to be hyped up for the forum. I get home from a camp a few days before the forum so that is probably a no.
