Hey Guys Hey ...I'm gonna be at the Boston forum this summer, it'd be cool to get to know some other attendees beforehand . I'm really looking forward to this, should be a blast...kinda bummed the Boston location doesn't have a gym we can use, though! Oh well, anyone wanna be my running partner? (we're at least allowed to use the track). I'm from Sanibel Island, Florida-- how about everyone else? *Katrina*

Yup. I'm going to the Boston Med Forum for June 19th-28th [or somewhere around those dates.] I'm from Danville, California [about half an hour or so from San Francisco]. Sophomore in high school, just recently turned 15 last month. I'm exicted about this too, my friend who went last year said that it was awesome and she made so many friends. I think I'll have to buy a new wardrobe for it though, I don't have any fancy dresses or anything professional-like. Florida sounds nice! I went there once for vacation, only I was too young to remember anything much of it XD

Aww, hey lilsweetie816, I was totally excited to see that you'd run with me! then i saw you're goin in july, while i'll be there in june... oh well, hopefully i'll find another running partner! Debbie- yeah wow I totally have almost nothing that's considered "professional attire" but it's definitely a good excuse to do some major shopping . I think i'm gonna buy a new pair of Docs, then just a bunch of nice pants and skits and stuff...wow what kind of shoes should we wear with skirts? my friend PJ went to boston two years ago and he said girls wear, like, suits? ahhh! xoxo katrina

Hey everyone I'm going to Boston July 3-13 so I'll see you lilsweetie! I'm not much of a morning person either so I think we'll get along I'm a sophomore in upstate nowheresville NY I'm really excited about this I can't wait does anyone know what the notifications thing is at the bottom of the screen?
Can't wait to see all of you going to the forum in June! I still need to go shopping and all XD Let's see if I can get through AP testing first though - 4 weeks left and our ap bio class still has about 1/3 of the book to cover ... not good. Ah, well taking things one step at a time. My parents are worried that the forum isn't really worth the tuition money, because they're paying for everything plus the airplane tickets which total up to around three thousand+ dollars and all. *sigh* Now I feel really guilty that they're spending so much on me and such. I don't know what to do - hopefully I can get a scholarship or something from somewhere to help finances and all. We'll see how much of this is worth it in the end. Don't want to leave you guys on a negative note though, I'm still excited! Have a great rest-of-the-week!

I'm going from July 3-12 too!!! My name's Nicole and I'm from Somerville(it's close to Boston)..Here's a tip for packing: the temperature can vary greatly day to day(Sunday I was wearing shorts and yesterday it snowed) so pack both summer stuff and fall stuff

Hey nikkid88, does it really get chilly there in July?! probably b.c its near the water huh.. does anyone know what their wearing yet? do girls really wear suits and things? I was thinking about getting a few skirt suits because I figured it would be hot out..
skirt suits should be fine...but be sure that you wear a short-sleeved blouse just in case it gets hot. It's not that chilly, but you never know what the weather is going to be. I'm just wearing skirts and bringing sweaters to wear over my shirts. And if we go to Hampton beach, the water is cold, so be careful!

I'm a sophomore...as for other stuff to pack: definitely bring sunscreen if you burn easily, the sun can be pretty hot. Bring things you normally would if you were going on vacation(except for the dress code). That's all I can think of right now, if I think of anything else, I'll post it.
