yeah im bringing some high heels, but they're really comfortable. i'll probably bring a pair or two of flats but i love high heels so i'll probably wear those most of the time.

I'm bringing moderately heeled boots, comfortable shoes when we don't need to be professional, and some stilettos.

As for hot and humid... It's not always hot and humid here. You can get some hot days that aren't humid or some cooler days. I think we'll be in AC anyways so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Hey everyone!
I haven't gotten anything for shoes yet. Where did all of you get your shoes? I can't find any closed toe closed heel shoes, and I can't have a big heel because I'll kill my self walking in them, and I'm like 5'9, so I look like a tree in heels. Jeez, I didn't know shoe shopping could be so difficult.
*Alliee, I live in New Hampshire and there have been a lot of thunderstorms here lately. I live pretty close to Boston, so that's prbably been the case there too. But usually during the day the weather has been awesome!

TB shot today, Ahhhh! Frown

Hey I'm Brandi, and I just got back from the June 19-28th session in Boston.

To answer the dinner dress question, I was just at it last night, and it's a semi-formal, and most girls just wore a black cocktail dress. Some girls wore prom dresses, but they were a little over-dressed and had a bit of a hard time dancing on the crowded dance floor.

My big advice to everybody, WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES, btwn dancing and walking around, you're feet will kill if you don't. and bring band-aids for the entire week. Almost everyone had blisters, i had comfy shoes so i luckily didn't get any, but all the girls with "cute" shoes got them, so bring plenty. I ended up giving all mine away.

Any other questions, please feel free to email me

-Brandi

Ok so I totally forgot my username and password and was way too lazy to ask for it. lol. I feel kinda bad about this, but I really am not excited to go. I'm not sure why but i think this is a waste of money and I'd rather be working. No offense to you who do wnat to go and I'm sure I'll have fun there, but does anny one have some doubts about wanting to go?

whats with the negativity?

why are you going if you think this is a waste of money; are your parents making you go or something?

and you are the one who started this whole forum. you sure sounded pretty upbeat and excited to go then, and now you are like the opposite.
