Where do I put my name and ID number in at? When I go to Enrolled Students section I can get a list of the places. But I don't see where we go to select where we want to go.

Yeah, it is pretty exciting. Hey has anyone here seen untraceable? I saw it today and thought it was horrible. Like worse than the SAW movies horrible. It indulges in the same muck (torture) that it suppsoedly condemns. Anyway, anyone here think that the National Security lessons left out a really important lesson: If your 17 of your military servicemen get abducted by a crazed regime bent on destroying you and everything you stand for, don't just whine with your tail between your legs. I felt that that was a glaring omission.

(btw that was a reference to the British seamen [and seawomen] who were abducted last year.)

Cameron, I am inclined to agree with you on the issue of the pats vs. the giants. I prolly won't even watch it because it won't even be fun to watch. I signed up late and wound up getting stuck with going to Andrew's Airforce Base. Oh, well should be cool. If anyone is going to Fort Meade to go see the NSA building take lots of pictures for me, I want to see the ECHELON computer and stuff. I have done TONS of stuff for the DRC (Congo) scenario, I even read the books (they're sooo boring don't read them). Anyone done the strategy lessons?

you can find a lot of info on congo and the congo wars in the eastern region. a lot of the activity is recent. i think they want us to at least have a basic understanding of what's going on from all sides of the conflict.

by the way i'm Phillip from Arizona.

I hope everyone had a great superbowl sunday.

However, I must confess that I had a crysis of faith (yes, that was a reference to the game Crysis not being as good as expected). I thought the New York Giants were going to lose, but, thank the politically correct higher powers, they won against the completely overrated NE Patriots (reminds me of some other patriots I know). I think that instead of Adidas' tagline "impossible is nothing," "18-0 means nothing" is a much better tagline.

Congrats to anyone who rooted for the NY Giants.

Has anyone seen "The last King of Scotland"? I watched it recently, Forrest Whitaker is excellent. It has some good info on the issues we'll likely be dealing with. What parts are you all hping to be assigned to? POTUS? SECDEF? Etc.

from what i can remember of D.C> the last time I went there aroun this time it rains a lot. And it can be pretty cold. But its probably not as cold as it can get in Fort Worth. I would sugget bringing some warm clothing and a windbreaker (jeez I sound like a parent, who says windbreaker anymore?). Anyway, I'm pretty psyched to go. My friend went last year and he said that the best presentation of the forum gets nationally recognized.

But I'm not sure if I completely believe him.

I don't think it matters what we fly in. I think we have time to change once we get to the airport. I don't plan on flying in a suit lol...

I went to an NYLC program (national youth leadership conference) which im almost positive is run by the same people, and i flew in jeans, a t shirt, and a hoodie. They dont really care what you fly in with. I'm pretty sure once we get to the place its free time until our first speaker that night. And during free time you can usually wear whatever you want as long as its presentable.
