I was reading that the NYLF wants us to be up to date with current medical events that are occuring and be prepared to discuss them at the forum. I have a really good website for that and just wanted to share it with all of you if you go to www.webmd.com you can get some really cool info.

Dee

hope you enjoy it

Hi! I'm going to the LA one during July 9th thru the 18th too! I'm 16, I'm now a Junior, and I'm coming from Florida. I'm so excited to go to LA. I've never been to Cali before. This is all really exciting.

I'm excited that our roomies are randomly picked. It makes it more mysterious and such. I just hope that my roomie will be someone I can really get along with. I bet she will be.

Oh, and I have no myspace. >> I'm really NOT fond of the sight. But I do have a deviantART if anyone knows what that is. Like a myspace for artists.

deviantART: http://dabuttacupness.deviantart.com/
Email: dark_princess_lita7@yahoo.com
Aim: Otakug0ddess
Yahoo: dark_princess_lita7
Msn: dark_princess_lita7@hotmail.com

I really look forward to going! And just so you all know... I'm the kind of person that is completely random! And I love every minute of it! Oh, and I LOOOVE anime!!! I'm a total anime freak.

Ooo... Another thing I'm wondering about. Does anyone know what relatively we're going to be discussing and hearing about? I'd like to know a more specific answer than Medicine, because I would like to read up on whatever we're discussing so I know what in the world we're all talking about. Big Grin

Boy, I say excited too much don't I? ^^;

Lol yes you do sound quite " excited" and i dont blame u, i am pretty excited myself. Wow.. i dont like myspace too much either, lol i thought i was the only person on the universe who didnt like myspace. Um i dont know if they will give us more detailed info, just basically research breaking news in medicine, im kinda fuzzy on the topic too. Well.. i bet you will love cali... especially LA. Can't wait to see every1, especially my roomie, i hope i dont freak her out.. lol.
p.s. i luv anime also!

YAY!!! XD Actually, I can't STAND myspace. I've found only a handful of people that don't like it. We should make a union or something. w00t lol. Do you read manga too? We'll have to hang out during the program! Big Grin

I picked it because I have always wanted to go to LA. It's like on the other side of the country for me, and I'm up for the adventure of going there. I really look forward to it.

It's definitely NOT a prom. It's semiformal. Some people call the dresses for it cocktail dresses, others call them semi formal. But definitely not prom

I guess what they're trying to say is that it's like a nice dinnner or a fancy-party-that-your-parents-would-throw kinda dress.

Sure thing.

My name is Buttercup. That's probably what you'll know me as. I don't really go by my first name.
