I'm way excited because I just found out I get to have some of my senior pictures done in Chicago! My dad used to be a professional photographer, and he still has all his equipment and does some weddings and senior pics, and he's going to take my senior pics. He said he'd do some of them in Chicago the day he picks me up!

I was wondering about what time people are going to start arriving at UIC? I was thinking about arriving at about 2pm.

I'm flying in and I think my flight lands somewhere between 2pm and 3pm, but I don't know what time I'll get to the actual program. How far is the airport from UIC?

I think I'm going to get there between 1 and 2. I want to get there as soon as possible! I'm so excited I can hardly think of anything else right now. I'm just going through all my clothes, trying things on, and I have a massive pile in my room of all the crap that supposedly is going to fit in my suitcase. I'm going to bring a lot of clothes because I figure it's better to have too much rather than not enough.

If anyone wants to email, please do. I have more time to answer you now that it's summer!

Hey guys!

Question: how much luggage are you bringing? I was thinking maybe a large roll-y bag and a duffel bag. My mom says that's too much, so i'm kinda worried.

Please email me:

I don't think I'm bringing TOO much stuff, so I'll probably either have a large suitcase or a small suitcase and a duffle. I think this trip is actually easier to pack for because I only have just enough pieces of clothing I can bring that fit the requirements, so I'm not bringing a ton of extra stuff.

Almost 4 days!

I'm bringing one garment bag that I'm stealing from my dad - he uses it for buisness trips. I have a ton of hang-up stuff that I don't want to get wrinkled. The garment bag is weird...it kinda looks like a small suitcase. Anyways...then, I'm bringing another, larger suitcase for all the rest of my clothes. And since we need a backpack anyways for the forum, I'll probably fill mine up with stuff that doesn't fit in my suitcase!

Are you guys bringing a pillow and a blanket? I know sheets are provided, but I wasn't sure...

I'm bringing a garment bag to for all my hang up clothes which is the majority of my clothes. I have one big rolling suitcase. I don't want to bring to much stuff because then I won't be able to carry it all. So I have a bag for each arm! LOL I also have another shoulder bag. I have way to much stuff. I'm not going to be able to get everything back in my suitcase at the end of the 10 days!! LOL
