Abby, I think it's casual like shorts/t-shirt. We get our schedule then too but I think it's mostly introduction to everything.

Hey Chrissy, ya I did bring shampoo and stuff I think i'm going to put most of my make up stuff and hair care products into my backpack just in case I get an "accident" and can't get into my suitcase. I'm only bringing four pairs of shoes though one dress, one sneaker, one flip flop and one close toe close heel....I saw from one of the other topics that someone brought 11 pairs...I'm basicly flabbergast I don't think I have 11 pairs of shoes that I could actually wear....ah well

That's so cool because Qing and I are Chinese too! I'm thinking there is a dearth of Asians at my school. Anyways, Qing I cannot believe you fit all that stuff into your suitcase. What is your secret? I'm only bringing four too! I don't understand how people have so many shoes as well. I don't think I have even 11 shoes to choose from. I'm getting so excited! I cannot wait to see what everyone looks like in real life! Addison- I'll IM you from your sn in your profile.

I think I'm bringing 7 or 8 pairs of shoes, but like 3 or 4 of them are flip flops that won't take up like any space at all. Qing, you're a miracle worker. How did you fit ALL of your stuff in that tiny suitcase? Mine is gonna be sooooo huge! Ahhhhh!!!! Bounce I'm so excited! lol. I really really really hope I get a good room mate!
What do everyones closed toe and heel shoes look like? Pics would be great Big Grin

Seriously Qing, lol... I don't have 11 to choose from but I definetly have more htan 11 shoes... most of them flip flops. But I'm bringing like 6 I think, and then I'll wear a pair of flip flops and bring one more so like 8. Yeah I overpack... which should be fun in the car ride up...

IS everyone bringing an ipod or some other music playing device?

I don't know if the food is that bad but I know I like to eat and eating means food so I'm bringing food!

Whenever I hear New York I think New York City.

One of my really good friends moved from New York 2 years ago, and she is loud and obnoxious and really in your face. I'm laughing right now because thinking of her just makes me laugh. She says everything with a long "o". You east coasters know what I mean. She gets made fun of here in Arizona because she just brushes it off with some sarcastic comment. Anyway, I've never been to New York so that's why I get a kick out of these things! How much food is everyone bringing? I'm bringing my iPod. And I'm bringing a lot of shoes. I like choice, so I guess that's why I overpack. Big Grin
