Hey,
I am going to the D.C. 9-18 session and I want to stay in shape for Cross Country. I was wondering if anyone else is going to run on Campus? I think it would be fun!

I love to run in the morning, and i too want to stay in shape for cross country. But i am going to the Houston-Galveston 2nd session. so if any one attending likes to run, it would be fun to have someone to run with.

i would want to!! but i'm going to boston session 1...

i definitely need to do some form of activity, because my trampoline coach is about to wring my neck since i'm gone for about 3 weeks (NYLF plus a europe trip) right before nationals/junior olympics... Frown

but i also have conditioning cards to do if anyone wants to do them with me!! it doesn't matter if you haven't done gymnastics before, it's a good work out!! Big Grin

let me know if you wanna see what the conditioning cards are like!!

Hey, I'm going to the 9-18 med session in DC also. I usually mountain bike about eight miles before school in the morning, so I guess I can try my hand at running for a week. look forward to seeing yall there.

For the two that are going to the D.C. 9-18: I'd probably be running about 5 miles at a medium (7 minute) pace every morning. If you can hang with that I would love it, but I really wouldn't mind slowing up a little. I enjoy running with some company.

5 seven-minute miles. That takes a little endurance, I'll try, but you'll end up leaving me behind at about two miles.

No...don't worry, I would much rather have the company than run the full thing at pace!

Rock On- eMail Sara C, the only other person going to our session and see if she's in. We'll need to see if we can get permission to leave in the mornings to run (they may have some kind of in-room curfew from x O'clock at night to x O'clock in the morning).

Hey! I'm going to Phoenix 2nd session too & I wouldn't mind getting a good workout in during the forum...we would have to get up really early though because of the heat in Arizona! I need to stay in shape for cheerleading because I'm missing camp to come to the forum! e-mail me: cutelilfrenchgirl@yahoo.com

good deal nicole! I definitely need someone to run with because I won't do it by myself... I'm missing so many cross country practices too, so it's pretty important. We need to figure out if we need someone working the forum to run with us...

I live in Phoenix and I just wanted to let you know that you are going to find out that running out here in 115 degree heat is not easy. If I were you, I'd use the exercise room at the hotel. Even if you were going to run when it is dark outside either in the morning or the evening, you'd be running in 100 plus degree weather. Just an FYI.

Hi Olivia,I'm also going to Boston for the first session. I have to get some kind of a work out in because I'm missing two weeks of swimming, so I know what you mean about the coach thing Smile What are the conditioning cards like?

I'm going to Chicago 1st session and would love to go running in the mornings. I'm sure all of our coaches would appericate it if we didn't take 10 days off. If anyone else wants to run let me know! hoffman327@yahoo.com
