I'm actually going. 2nd time, diff place. Hopefully we'll get to see the fireworks. Well anyways Im happy that Im going but i have to fundraise and get sponsors for money. last year my parents paid full while i did nothing. this year though, i will have to find sponsors and so on. my parents have made this break a little stressful but "I have to stay COMMITTED."

IB Programme, dont ask, its just a harder Programme than honors and its internationally known.

I went to the second session in Boston last summer and had the best time of my life. Sadly, you can't see the fireworks from Babson and they don't take you into Boston to see them. Being a Boston girl I was disappointed cuz it was my first time not seeing them and I wanted all my friends to see how pretty they are (me and another girl in my group were from MA and we told our group how upset we were to miss it) But we did get a barbecue and a field day after we finished our work. I hope you have as much fun as I did and leave with a lot of great memories

well i sent out like 50 emails to businesses and some local sports teams. So annoying, i've been at the computer for all day but i need a back massage, i have a knot around my back.

well for me is that i got scholarship and im in ib program too. i think all of us in in theib program. wow this thing sound like a lot of fun huh? hehehheheh... cant want wait to see you all there.

now this is referring the NE team, since i'm not the only one who might have watched the Alamobowl.
staying up until 12:30 when i was tired, woah.
it was one of the most exciting games ever. last play kinda looked like rugby. "The team's coming on!"
I tried coming on last night but the link wasnt working.
NE won i think by 4 pts.
if the refs didnt look at the touchdown/incomplete pass, we probably wouldnt have been in such a frantic state of mind.
i didnt get to see the first touchdown but i could hear my dad in the office with the doors closed.
i've kinda grew up with "Go baby go!!!" (my dads exclamations) at the qb or rb.
ok. they're 8-4. that's better than last season, but anyways, i just had to post.

I've sent out over 30 letters and have received over $2800 for all my expences. Things are looking good and I've getting really excited.

-Let's go Huskers, Congrats to Callahan. That last hook & ladder with 8 laterals was a heartstopper here but we won and people crowded the streets. What a night.

yeah, that last play, kinda scared me, got my pulse racing.
well i still need to send out letters, ive done emails, but i dont think that its working for me.
i need to make phonecalls and so on. ive actually sent emails to managers of local sports teams, norfolk tides (minor leagues), some soccer team, hockey team, and so on.
ugh...i hate asking for money and i hate making phone calls.
well this bowl season or w/e has been full of upsets. miami losing terribly to LSU (go Bo! referring to Bo Pelini, Defensive coach i believe.)
UVa won tonight, yeah, although they are ACC.
well its late tonight and i need to check something, bowl stats.
tomorrow is a busy day for me.
i will be spending all day writing my Sci Fair.
i hate sci fair, its just really at my school, the IB fr-jr. doing it. ugh. we are already stressed and they pile more on.

P.S.--This may have been easier for me than it will be for you mostly because I live in a town of 8,000 and we are the only town for 20 miles. (Closest one bigger is 65 miles away)

I received my confirmation today, I'm so stoked for this summer -- I'll be going to the 2nd session in Boston too. I'm a junior right now in high school and I'm from Iowa.

The only problem is that I'm having some trouble fundraising. I sent out letters to a lot of different organizations, but didn't get a responses from many. Time's also running short so do you guys have any ideas on how I could raise money or names of organizations that helped you? I would greatly appreciate them, thaaaaanks!
