Hi I'm Brandalyn, I graduate in 2010. I plan on applying to USF, UCF, FSU, and UF(on hopefully a ROTC or bright futures scholarship). I'm also plan on applying to the USNA and USAFA. I want to be a pediatrician, NICU, or something with childern. After my residency and I work for a few years I want to start my own practice.

Hey I'm Callie and I will be attending session 2 in Washington D.C. I graduate in 2009 and I plan on going to college at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and I really want to be a pediatrician or pediatric surgeon or maybe both!

noko129: That's cool that you wanna be a pediatrician or a neonatologist! Those are two of the main things I'm thinking about being. I'm leaning more towards the pediatrician though. Smile

I want to be either a Rheumotologist, Psychologist, Radiologist, or an ENT (if they come in clinical forms, then thats what I want to do).

Listen to the words of music, they can surly rock out and speak to you! Especially Randy Rhoads!

Karrah: I think I'm also going more towards a pediatrician because neonatologists have to give those tiny little preemie newborns some painful shots and IVs, and i'd hate to hurt them or make them cry.Frown

Hey Matt, I totally want to be a pediatric oncologist too, although I don't have any first hand experince. Its so cool to meet someone who has similar interests, whenever I tell people I want to be an oncologist they think i'm crazy. hopefully i'll get to know you at DC session 1!

Yup, I remember saying I wanted to be a pediatritian, I also remember saying I wanted to be an archaeologist, that's also on my list of career paths. I want to major in both medicine and archaeology in college, that's my plan

lots of pediatricians here (or those of us who want to be that)! how cool is that? but it's true that many people here already know where they want to go, and at my school, everyone's telling us that college is not that far off and i'll have to figure out what school i want to go to in the next 2-3 yrs! any ideas? i was thinking Duke too, actually for one place. i also hear Univ. of FL is great for medical education. and Emory as well. thanks!
