like what to bring and not to and other helpful stuff that you wish you wouldve done

I just got back from LA 2. It was great. As long as you're yourself and friendly, you'll be ok. That said make sure you meet as many people as you can within the first few days. After that people start forming groups. I would also suggest going to the socials. If not to get to know people, at least get the free food and water they have. Sometimes they give out things like reusable NYLF water bottles or have raffles too. In regards to clothing--DO NOT OVERPACK--especially if you're planning on getting souveniers. Somedays you'll begin the day professionally and have relaxed professional later on. I just wore the same thing, or at least wore the same shirt with a more casual pair of pants or skirt. The best advice I can give you though is to enjoy it and learn! The first few days are super slow and exhausting, but once you get through day 5, it flies by! first of all it rocked changed my life forever and i dont mean like my plans.
anyway so the only advice i have is make friends the first 2 days because most people dont know eachother so everyone is really social and mostly nice even when u are just siting in the adutorium(im to tired to spell lol) turn around and meet people u may never see them again or you may end up hanging out all the time u never know! second make friends with your FA thier like ur groups "teacher" they want to talk to you and make friends with u. If u have Alex Lau he is the bomb if u ever get him out of his element he is just so alsom and tell him April says hi he will definately remember me(PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!) GO TO THE SOCIALS after the first one u will people say it sucked its only for losers but that just means all the people there want to meet people and have a good time. JUST HAVE FUN WITH IT AND TRY SOMETHIN NEW!!!!!!!!!!!!
