Jam (AKA Jess) & Samatha R: I luved "ATTONEMENT". I think Kira Knightly is amazing soo I was really happy she was in it. I wish Robbie was cuter though. I cried during the end. SOBBING!! I'm a baby hen it comes 2 sad movies 2. I still cry during the Notebook and the Titanic even though I've seen them 20 times.I didn't know that the water main and gass pipes exploded in London during a Bomb raid. I though that was very interesting and I never heard of the disease Robbie died from. of course I didn't realize any of that as the movie was going on cuzz I was crying soo much.LOL!! I was wondering if it was based on rel story though??

Megann Lemon: I have friends who r the oldest and There rents r really strict. Mine r jus differnet I guess.

Where is ur bro being stationed??
Its AUSOME that u get his car!!! What is it?? Where do u live in Pittsberg?? Would it be hard for u 2 have a car??

Carissa: The site has all sorts of annoying blocks. I really want 2 find a way around them. I would probably get kicked out of the forum though LOL!! They even block out the slang word for homosexual.

Cathy90: Cool!! Ur from NY 2!! What part?? R u near the city???

PV_Jess_ND: YAH!!!! AUSOME!! Have fun actually walking!!

as for the car its a black 2 door sunfire. i like like right in the city of pittsburgh in a little community called morningside. and it wouldnt be hard for me to get a car.. but chances are i would haveto pay for it. or my parents would be real stubborn on what car i'd get. so its awesomee

and i have no idea where he's being stationed.

and im glad you like being the oldest and your parents are different. thats sweeet.

My post still wasn't reviewed yet! So one day a random post of mine will just show up that is replying to things people said a few pages ago and has nothing to do with the current discussion, which happens to move really fast.

OK, so I just saw that we have 249 posts (this will be 250)! And the next highest city is Chigago, but they only have 89, so we're definitely blowing them away.

To Brent and whoever else wants to know......

the other week, the 10th of march to be exact i had my first track meet of the season. I was only pole vaulting because a back injury was keeping me from my other events. So I was just minding my own business and doing my warm ups. sooooo after my last warm up i was walking/jogging off of the pole vault pit (google it if you don't know wat it looks like) and i was trying to step inbetween two groups of poles and like the clutz that i am i rolled my ankle, not on the poles but on the very flat, very stationary ground. so i went to ER and they told me two to three days on crutches cause it was probly just a sprain. That friday my foot is still as big as a grapefruit and really nasty colored, like bruised, so we go to the doctor and they decide to do an MRI. The MRI showed a LOT of fluid in the ankle, a bone contusion to the talus, and a torn ligament. Four to six weeks on crutches.
Yesterday after two weeks exactly on crutches we had an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon and it turns out i have two torn ligaments, but no fracture which is good so they told me i could be off the crutches 2 weeks early and walk in a walking boot and go to physical therapy. PT says at least may until i can run but i hope to push that up to late april. wish me luck!

p.s. i should be mostly good to go by june so i'll be okay to walk at the forum

Ouch, sounds painful. It's sort of ironic though that you got injured when you weren't even pole-vaulting (at the time of your injury). It's something I would do. That's good news that you'll be able to walk at the forum, though. From what I've read, there's a lot of walking too.

And my guess is Brent was going online before he had to go to school. I wish I was able to, but I can't bring myself to get up the few extra minutes earlier. And trust me, in the morning in my house, every second counts.

Jess, what are you doing at midnight, huh? If you want to know, I am a mourning person and I get my homework done in the mourning, so there.

Nicolette: I don't think Atonement was based on a true story, it was made from a book... But the book could have had some true aspects to it.

Megan(n?): Awesome about your car, I wish I could have just gotten my car from one of my siblings. I almost got my sisters but I didn't want to drive a stick.

Jess: That's awesome about you not having to be on crutches so long, and yeah hopefully your ankle doesn't give you any trouble at the forum.

Carissa & Jess: I'm not a morning person either, I have to get up 45 minutes before I leave my house, and all of that is spent taking a shower, getting dressed, eating breakfast, and then I'm off, so I would have to get up at like 5:30 if I ever wanted to do homework (or anything productive) in the morning.
