Hahahaha Carrisa, I totally know what you mean, I'm pretty sure a lot of people do that. I do the same thing with Mississippi, I can't write it like I do other words, I have to think of each letter as practically an individual word.

And Brent, thanks for the tip. I think I might talk to my parents about it and see if it's a possibility.
Blaster This was my attitude at work today. So do any of you guys have jobs?

Well I took my Lifeguarding test in January and sent in my application for a summer job at my local pool. Your welcome. I lived there for 10 years and that is my home city. There is so much to do and so little time. So many museums, shops, and living history. It is a college city.

Weellll... Not really. Over the summer I volunteer at two hospitals and this summer I'm getting my license to work (but I won't really be working, I'll be volunteering) as an EMT.

And then during the school year, I know it's not much of an exuse, but I'm really busy. I'm going to a private school now where we get at least 3 hours of homework a night. Plus, during the fall and spring I get home around 5:15 or later, and during the winter, when I have cheering, I get home around 6:30. And my family has a condo in Vermont, so we're not consistently around on the weekends. Plus, when we are, that's kinda' my time to be with my friends.

So, now you all think I'm spoiled and lazy, but I actually am going to look into getting a job ASAP after cheering is over, which is soon.

Nope, I'm a freshman too! But I think both of us will definitely be in the minority.

Brent- I dunno if you did, but I'm in session 3, sorry! It seems like no one but session 3ers are talking in this place. But any ways, awesome with the whole lifegaurd thing, if I could swim better I would totally do that, but since it rains so much where I live, there's not really any chance for us to be pros at swimming.

Carissa- An EMT would be awesome! And no don't worry, you're not that spoiled, at least you are out volunteering and stuff, some of the kids at my school just go off and hang out with friends when they don't have jobs, (my friends included) and it drives me insane.

Carrissa, I was in private school before also. From k-8, I was in private school in MA and CT. My dad got a job down in PA and it is a huge hospital and they have a volunteer program and my guidance counselors had the form and I sent it in for me to be a volunteer at the hospital. So your a freshman too Carrissa and your going to session 1? My life is as busy as yours is too. I totally understand the amount of homework private schools give, been there done that. million projects due in the same week, 14 tests on the same day and waking up at 4:30 in the mourning to finish my homework that was left from last night. Oh yes, been there done that. Now I am going to the Track and Field team and just got out of the swimming and diving team a week ago and man, I'll tell you, sports take dedicated.

How is everyone doing? At my school, we have an anatomy and physiology course that is a semester long and counts as a science elective. I am going to be a sophomore next year and I am taking biology next year. I just wanted to see how everyone was doing.

Sorry, I'm Session 3.

We have an A&P course at our school too, but I'm lucky, ours is a whole year, but I can't take it until I'm a junior. I'm in currently in bio, but I can take AP bio in senior year.

But enough about school, let's talk about something fun... So has anyone been to the movies lately?

Hey there everyone! My name is Courtney and I am attending the second session in Boston!!! I am really excited to be going and hope this will open many great doors for my (and everyone else's) future. Here is a little bit about myself: I am 15 right now and will be when the session comes around and I am a sophomore. I go to an all girls, private high school, which kinda stinks but i like it! If anyone wants to talk more with me you can IM me on AIM at GolfinGal5038 or e-mail me at TennisCourt46@aol.com! Hope to talk to you all very soon!!!

Yeah my school has an anatomy physiology class, but my schedule was too full for it this year, so I'm signing up for it next year.

On to movies... yeah, I went to see Step Up 2 on Saturday night, and I loved it! Not perfect acting, but the dancing was amazing. I'm so jealous!! What about everyone else?

So true!

I actually haven't been to the movies in a while, which stinks because there are so many good movies out. The last movie I saw was Juno, which was pretty good.

Hey, GB. It looks like there are a lot of Session 3ers on the message boards. So anyway, tell us a bit about yourself!

Juno was awesome, I really liked it. And yeah, there are so many new movies out, it's hard to decide which ones to go see! I saw 27 Dresses when it first came out and I absolutely loved it (I love James Marsden and Katherine Heigle).

Hi, GB, how's it going?
