im dorothea and i love sports! I have been playing soccer for 10 years and that takes up most of my time, i'm on a traveling team and my highschool varsity team. i play volleyball for my church, and golf just for fun...and I love to run to keep in shape.

I don't know if these are what you'd call sports, but I'm on Varsity Cheerleading ((wimps lift weights, real athletes life people <3)) and I've been taking dance lessons for several years. I also ski, but only recreationally.

cheerleading is def. a sport, i really don't see how yall flip like that and lift those girls!
i danced for 10 years, but i quit last year because i had soccer every day of the week and then i would run to dance 3 times a week, and it got to be too much. i enjoy soccer so much more than i enjoyed dancing, but believe it or not, ballet really helps in soccer! Smile

I have been shooting in the low forties for nine holes lately. Our home course is the #7 hardest place to play in the U.S.

I probably won't have to time to play varsity in college even if i was good enough. i could probably play on a club/intramural team though. i am probably never going to be good enough to play competitively, but it is great fun.

I'm cassie, i play soccer and have been for about 10 years now. I am also a competative horsebackrider (and w/e you think, horseback riding takes a lot of leg strenth and builds it).

Matt: did you go to the US open that was here a while ago?

Cassie: I have been to lots of pro tournaments. I have been to the Masters in Georgia once, I went to the U.S. Open in 2005. I also went to the Women's U.S. Open last summer. It is amazing to see the golf courses in top condition and the tour players are absolutely awesome.

I went to both US opens down here (they were only 30 min. from my house). I worked at the men's US open, that was a lot of fun.

Yea, that would be awsome. I just wish I could play a little better, and that I had more time to play. But I enjoy going and watching as well. When is the British open at St. Andrews any ways?

The British Open is back at St. Andrews in 2010 and the U.S. Open is back in Pinehurst in 2012. The PGA Championship is supposed to be at Kiawah Island, S.C sometime soon(maybe 2011?)
