hi! my name is nadine and i am enrolled into nylf/med. around a week ago, i received and email regarding this but it never said anything about where i was going, and the papers are not here yet. what's going on?

Albert you should wait until you get confirmation of which session you're going to, as well as the info about what aiports to fly into. Once you get that info you can feel free to book your flights

yeah, it took a while for the letter to come but I asked the admin. when the info packet was going to be sent out and they said in January

wait, but how do you know where you are going already?

They'll tell you in the acceptance letter. I also applied online and it took 3 weeks for the letter to come, but I got my first choice.

I'm going to the 1st session in Phoenix.

I still haven't recieved my acceptance packet yet. Is there something wrong? I applied online a long time ago..more than three weeks.

Hmm, that's odd... I received a short letter confirming my session location/date exactly 3 weeks after I enrolled online. You might want to contact the administration office and ask them about your status. By the way, what were your top choices?

My top choices were Philadelphia, Boston, or Washington and they already sent me an email saying that I am attending the June 24th to July 3rd session. My dad said that NYLF/Med had already charged money from his credit card, but the only problem is that, I didn't recieve the packet yet.

I'm going to Houston, Session 1. It was my top choice... or rather mostly my parents' preference, haha.

Well, I got the information packet about 3 days ago, but it's basically the same information that's provided on the website when you login with the password.
