Reading is about an hour from Philly, so its pretty close, which is nice.
As far as the dance, I don't know.

That's only about a 2 hour drive.

From past forums, im pretty sure the dance is formal.I heard it was two to a room and the rooms were really cold.

Baltimore is in Maryland, so it's not a long drive to Philly.

the dance is semi-formal
the rooms were freeezing!!! the air conditioners leaked water everywhere if u had it off
