I didn't hear from Jerry Gibbs--I think my speaker was Dr. Tim Seipel. I had Radiology for the first part of WYS.

and i've actually never met anyone else who's even though about being and OB/GYN! crazy! i'm still not sure i can be comfortable with that job, so again, i kinda wanna see what they say...plus, don't they have crazy hours and are on call all the time? that would kill me...

And yea they work CRAZY hours. Imagine it, babies are being born everyday, but being a neonatal pediatrician i will probably be up a lot anyway..lol.

Ally: wow, that sounds cool. my uncle is in pulminary (sp?) and when i visited last year, i got to see a bronchoscopy which was really cool! it seems interesting. he's also in internal medicine and sleep apnea (which is not fun cause he always makes me go to bed at 10...)

Keeta: Great Gatsby is about a guy named gatsby who's in love with Daisy, and they were gonna get married but didn't, and now it's 5 years later, she's married, and he's trying to get her back. it's actually kind of a sad romance type thing, but i really liked it!

Keeta and Zeena: Your AP schedules seem tough, but they will help you in the future for sure! And Keeta, I like chemistry more, but at our school, you have to take both chemistry and physics to graduate.

Thomas: Ok, just so I completely understand, you choose which hospitals to go to, and which specialties? Haha, sorry, all these pages get confusing after a while!

We should all be sure to wear our bandanas so we can meet each other in the icebreakers activity. This is going to be so exciting! I can't wait to meet everyone!

AP = college-accredited (sometimes)

You won't be doing icebreakers with all 400 people at the forum... only for your own MED session group, which consists of about 22 people. However, you'll have an opportunity to socialize with other people at the "meet & greet", which was held on Monday night.
