Is it just me or is summer really close?
It just hit me today but, at lease for my school, we just have prom and finals left. [And maybe 3 weeks of school inbetween.]
Graduation will suck but I'm glad the year is over.

Hi, im coming from Oregon (West Linn to be exact)

I'm a little nervious going because it is the first time I will be away from home for an extended period of time (more than 2 weeks). I've been to a camp called Camp Westwind before, but this leadership form is way different and way longer.



I think of myself as a kind of sheltered person, this is my first big trip alone so I hope this goes well for me. I really do not want to embarass myself or do anything stupid. I can just imagine myself freaking out if my luggage does not arive on time. or something of that nature.



Anyway, about me:

-17 years old

-Go to WLHS

-Like anime movies/TV shows

-Enjoy writing, is my strong point in school.

-I enjoy/am interested in science as well, I belive my firest interest for medical sciences is/was the Fox TV show HOUSE (as in Dr. Gregory House). The whole "solving the medical mystery" is pretty cool. Not to mention the myrid of diseases and disorders that cause the symptoms. For my the "why" is the most interesting part.

A final note: I love to write and have many personal writings on my website under opinions/blogs/rants. I also am fancinated by medical sciences and real life issues (global issues). Can you give a few examples of careers that combine these interests, just for fun.

hey! not much actually, just working. I get to go to Ecuador next friday and i stay for about a month. Then i head off to Washington! i'm really excited and i can't wait. i still have to buy my "professional attire" but i don't worry. have u gotten all ur information completed?

Not only have I yet to hand in my paperwork for NYLF, but I haven't sent in my papers for work, and my passport needs to be renewed for when I go to Argentina. And I have a lot of shopping to do.

This next month is going to me intense..
But I can't wait =]
