Yeah I'm really excited to be a senior but I'm going to a new school so it sucks that I wont get next year to hang out with my friends before college. My new school is only like 20 minutes away from my old one, but it will still be a big change.

Lmao I don't expect anyone else to be in the situation, but who else will be a senior in the fall?

Hahah yeah I'm retaking my SATs in the fall, too.
I took my first one in March and during one of the math sections I started reading the magazine covers from the rack across the room.. lmao.
That made my math score go down a little.. hahah.

I'm switching schools because I've had two houses for almost 4 years and we're finally moving into the other one. Like I said, it's only 20 minutes away, and I even have the option of staying in my old school, but the move really doesn't bother me all too much.

I don't think I have any questions because I've been asking them all since my nomination hahah.
Hmm.. is there anything you really wish you brought with you but you either forgot it or didn't think you would need it? Also, is there anything you wouldn't expect but you can't live without?
Thaaaanks! It's great to hear that you're having a great time =]

Hi

I have a guestion about the airport / travel part of the trip.

When I arrive in Washington (from Oregon) I know that we are all supposed to meet at baggage claim, which baggage claim is this at? I ask becasue the one that we all meet at might (and probabbly won't) be the one where my luggage is at.

Next, what should I do if I can't find the baggage claim that is the meeting place? Would the airport staff know about the fourm's meeting place? What should I do?

Thanks so much for you time,

Kevin B

the sheet about travel information should have what baggage claims we are meeting at at each airport..... and if the baggage claim number is not the same as where your baggage is at you just get your bags first and then go to meet where you are supposed to!! Smile

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport
All Terminals: Baggage Claim # 7 in Terminal C

Washington Dulles International Airport
All Terminals: Baggage Claim # 3

Baltimore/Washington International Airport
All Terminals: Baggage Claim # 11

That's what it says on one of the sheets.
If you can't find the baggage claim, then ask any airport staff where it is. They probably won't know about NYLF but they will know where the baggage claim is.

Whoever else is flying in:
What airport are you arriving in and when?

I'm really happy that there are a lot of seniors.
I thought I would be like.. one of 3 seniors in the whole program hahah.

I can't wait <3

i cant think of much...Girls-bring pantyhose or knee highs, ur gonna want them...i didnt wear them the first day and got really bad blisters but since then i have been wearing them and have been fine. You can go to the library (where i am now) and us the internet for AIM and stuff. just make sure u have ID. Also, you do have pool access but not much time-there are sometimes when u have 3 hours off tho, I did, and the pool to hang out in is 12 & 13 ft deep...the racing pool if like 4. okay i leave tmrw, i cant beleive how fast it went! keep asking questions and i will anser them as soon as i can! I forgot...u might want to bring a fitted sheet bc the sheets here suck as far as staying on the mattress...lol, and snacks and water u will want...ok if i think of more i will post
