For the TB test, will it affect me if my result is positive?

It might affect the visits you can go on. I don't know for sure though

Yes, it could affect which hospitals you're allowed to visit. I believe you will be able to go to one; it just may not be your first choice. Depends on the hospital requirements

do we need signatures from doctors or can we just bring the yellow card (the thing with history of all vaccinations you've gotten, already signed by doctors who gave them to you)

I honestly don't know. I just had my doctor fill out the form that NYLF sent. THey keep the form, so at the very least you'd need to make a copy of that yellow card. I guess that'd be something to call the office about

I dont think I ever got a packet they sent me with all the required papers and immunizations stuff in it. When did you all get yours?

If you don't have the packet you can go online to the enrolled attendees part of the website and print all the required papers off
