Omg Caitlin I feel the EXACT same thing. Lol. I've just decided to not be nervous it doesnt help. If I don't know alot then I will learn alot, and thats good enough for me.

ummmmmmmmmmmmm. what you guys described sounds really prepared. the most my class has is hst 1,2, and 3. 1 is one period, 2 is 2 periods, and 3 they are thinking of making it 3 periods. but I am going to take pharmacology where we can take the state test and become certified pharmacy technitions. I can't wait especially I will be doing something that I love and be getting paid for it. hst 3 is where you can get cna certified but I went with pharmacology

the only knowledge I have is Physiology in hs but i'm not sure that it will help cuz we only learn about the basics of the human body and nothing about research or advances in the medical field

you really dont need to know anything.
they give you a book to learn from and write in and stuff when you are in your group discussions. i was so nervous and printed out a bunch of articles to research on the 5 hour plane ride to the forum and when i got there i found out that i didnt even need to do that. they just want you to have a general knowledge like know what abortion is and euthanasia and stuff like that. you will be debating on some of those topics but you have the book and will have time to research.
so dont freak out if you dont know anything cause chanced are everyone else doesnt either.

haha, I'm in the same boat as you guys, I know First Aid, CPR, and some water rescue stuff, but as far as medical stuff, I'm not too sure. I'm planning to shadow my friend's dad who happens to be a doctor....
