im going to boston session 3.. i was wondering if there was a certain time we should make our flight around to leave on the last day?

If at all possible arrange to have it leave after 1, I believe. The first shuttles usually start leaving campus around 10, which should give you enough time to get through security and make your flight.

You have pre-arranged transportation up until like 3pm then you have to arrange your transportation yourself.

That's fine. You'll be sitting around somewhere, be it the airport or campus for awhile, but it's better to have to sit around waiting then to miss your flight

what time should I leave if I'm getting picked up?

I want to say everything ends around 10. You'll get a definitive time when you get your schedule there and you can tell whoever is picking you up at that time. But it should wrap up between 9:30 and 10
