NYLF IRC - Topic Powered by Social Strata

I'm having so much troble trying to use the chat room. Everytime i click on "chat" it sends me to another page to fill some things, and after i do it another window pops up and says "loading java applet failed".
What can I do?????

I'm having the same problem, so I think it is probably something wrong with the link. I never realized there was an IRC chat on here until you mentioned it.
