1.depending on where your session is i would assume that short sleeves are oaky..my suit is also short sleeve and I plan on wearing it
2.I would assume not a large one because you will have to carry it around...but it needs to be big enough to carry your stuff around.
3.I would say yes, i plan to take mine, just make sure you keep track of it...also if your not comfortable carrying it around then I would say no, but you will need a place to keep your money

The only place I know of to buy clothing is online.... they had a good deal of stuff when I looked last year...

And I brought my cell phone and used it all the time (texting the people at the forum and stuff...) Just don't get it out when in an assembly or meeting

I think the only place they didn't allow gum was in the general assemblies, and I had food in my room and ate all of it =D

You don't have to buy clothes, I didn't. Only a few people there actually work NYLF clothes
