For the girl's professional dress code, i know we can either wear a skirt/blouse or a pants suit. Can the blazers be short sleeved? Or are they preferred long sleeved? Also, I know that in the hospital setting, makeup is minimally worn. Are we allowed to wear it?

For casual professional, I have dressy bermuda shorts that are knee lenth. They look preofessional, would they be ok with a nice blouse?

Also, I am attending a Houston session, and I read that there are 3 to a room, two beds & a rollaway. What in the world is a rollaway? And if I get there early around 1, is it first come first serve? Can I get dibs on one of the real beds?

And for casual outfits, I understand we need to look appropriate. Are short shorts permitted or no?

One more thing. I know we get free days, would you have an idea on what Houston students get to do? Thank you soo much that was a lot of questions!

Short sleeve blazers are allowed. So is makeup

The dress code does say dress shorts are allowed for relaxed professional. Use your discretion, and if you're unsure, bring a backup outfit

A rollaway is essentially a cot. Yes, beds are first come first serve

For casual, they basically just don't want you hanging out of your clothes; they want you to look reasonably neat. Again, use your discretion

As for what you do in Houston, take a look at the sample schedules on the main NYLF pages. I don't know off the top of my head
