Or is it luck of the draw?
I would really like to do my clinical is some form of pediatrics.
Do they take your preference into consideration at all?

Also, I'm deciding where I should attend. Any thoughts? I was thinking Chicago.

you get some input. when you check in on the first day, you get to number the choices in the order you prefer them.

They give you a booklet with the choices for your city. There is a little blurb about each of the places in a booklet. You number your choices with how much you want to go. I recommend John Hopkins or the Children's National Medical Center if you go to DC!!
