are we allowed to bring like...a stereo system? like speakers and crap?

I don't think there are any rules against it but you're responsible for it if it gets stolen. You also won't have much time to listen to music; the only time I ever listened to my own music was on the bus on our way to site visits or activities. They keep you pretty busy.

bringing along an ipod/cd player is definitely a good idea though...
we had a bus ride more than 3 hours long once...so it would be nice to have music for that

Yeah in ATL a couple of people had a little stereo thing.
u mite need it to cuz after curfew u can get kinda bored.

yeah..you can bring music..sum people brought a stereo in their dorm and played it all the time..this one guy brought the ipod speaker system and just let it play on the bus..
