well i was just wondering what was some good advice for things to do before, during , and after the forum, and what can i generally expect out of this experience? and also what other things should i bring to the forum besides what they tell u to bring in the packet?

You could find some people who are attending your session on Facebook. Each session is like 400 people though so you might not see them there.

You should definitely read about the hospitals and med schools in the city where your session is, since you have to sign up for where you want to visit on the first day.

Expect to learn about all about med school at NYLF. Sometimes it feels like they're more concerned with making money than giving you a quality experience, but the diversity of students is great and you do learn.

P.S.- If you're staying in a dorm, BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS! lol
