I was reading a couple of other topics, and a couple mentioned name tags that we were supposed to have. Im going to Houston Session 2 and i was wondering were they given in our acceptance packets? If so were they the card on the flap? If you could help thank you
When I went, it was a blank white squarish sticker thing in the folder. I honestly don't know what it looks like now. People that were flying had to write their name on the sticker If you can't figure out what it is, just find a blank white sticker and use that

I have to look for mine but incase I don't find it and I end up wearing one I make myself, will I have to wear that one the entire session or will I be given a new one?
I think you'll be given a real nametag that you'll have to wear the entire session once you get there. At least that's the way it was when I went. Those hang around your neck

Yeah, you do have to wear nametags on site visits. I don't think we had to wear them when we were doing the fun stuff though (shopping and beach when I went), but the rest of the time they need to be worn

when you get there they will give you a name tag that goes around your neck that you must wear at all times. if you are caught without your name tag they make you go back to your room and get it. when i was there they were very strick about them if you didnt have your name tag when you went to the bathroom in your dorm they would get mad. its a little annoying but thats how they keep track of everybody. the only time they will ask you to not wear your name tag is when you go on the fun trips, i went to boston and they didnt want everyone in boston knowing our first and last names and where we are from.
So the jist with the name tags is that we need to have one when we get off the plane - even if it is one that we just wrote our first and last names on.
