this is my first year atteending the forum and i was looking on the sample schedule and i see that there are lots of MED sessions, and im curious as to what exactly will be dicussed, or what actuvities will we do at these MED sessions??

MED sessions are like group meetings. You are assigned to a certain group with an FA (faculty advisor) and you discuss things like hot topics in the medical world, you learn triage, how to suture, take blood pressure, etc. You spend a lot of time with your group, its so much fun tho!!
