I got a plaid button up shirt, I guess I could use it for casual, but do you think it would work for relaxed proffesional? that would be more beneficial.

Sorry , I know it's out of the topic but I want to know the difference between a formal and a relaxed professional. Do we have to wear a jacket for a professional outfit????

My understanding is that the professional attire you wear suits, either skirts or pants, that you have to wear with a jacket.

The relaxed attire you wear slacks, dresses and skirts with appropriate blouses or sweaters, I don't think you have to wear jackets for this one(I guess that's why its called relaxed?)

there was a girl that has been to nylf before and she said that not alot of people actually wear the jackets they just wear like slacks and nice shirts... so i didnt really even bother buying any jackets but i think i might buy one just in case

Yeah I heard that too, but Im still going to get one or two jackets because who knows if they might be more or less strict on the dress code this year than last. Big Grin
