I'm having trouble deciding which city to choose I think i've narrowed it down to Atlanta and LA..since i'm coming from florida i'm wondering if its worth going to LA or whether Atlanta is equally fun. Also I hear in La we get to go to Universal or something.. is this true.. please reply and tell me your experiences as far as dorms/med school/activities/etc

Atlanta - In my opinion was great, facilities were good(except that some dorm buildings did not have sufficient vending machines).. throughout the week you will have med sessions(most are interesting Wink) med ethitcs debates..like near the last few days there, we went to Six Flags and to the Mall of Georgia.. oh yea, we had like 2-3 dances ^_^

DC was amazing! The dorms at Georgetown were great, and the campus was really nice. We had 2 dances, a carnivale, and got to go shopping and sightseeing. I was there during the 4th of July, so watched the fireworks from the Iwo Jima memorial. I will never forget that.

I had an amazing time in San Francisco! During the summer I think in most cities it would be very very very hot but in San Fran it was a little bit on the cooler side. Also, California is amazing. In San Francisco we went to Six Flags Valejo which was SO much fun!! We also got to hear from Patch Adams (yes, the movie), and go to Fisherman's Wharf and since I was there on the 4th of July, we saw fireworks from the SF bay. It was really fun and at the end we even had a dinner cruise that went around the SF bay, like around Fisherman's Wharf and downtown SF. It was amazing and even UC-Berkeley was awesome. The dorm rooms were ENORMOUS! I was in a triple and I feel that we easily could have had many more people. San Fran was awesome so I totally suggest it.

2 - 3 dances? You are so lucky. We only had one in Chicago, and that was on the last night.

New Orleans was definatly the best city to have a forum... EVER. I was there in 2004 and had a complete blast. Its too bad that the hurricanes came through there, and its all too bad that there isn't a Forum there is year. But NYLF New Orleans 2004, First Session, Especially Blackwell group was the best

Boston was awesome. We spent a day at the beach in NH, and a day in downtown Boston shopping. We had two dances, one on campus, and one was a dinner dance cruise on Boston harbor. The dorms are SO nice. The rooms are huge (having been on 6 college tours and now living in a dorm, I can assure you, the dorms at Babson are unlike most). The facilities are great. The hospitals in Boston are some of the best in the nation. We spent a day at Harvard Med School. How many people ever get to say that they got to look at slides and lessons and stuff in Harvard?

I went to LA and had a great time. The dorms are nice and pretty new it reminded me more of a hotel than dorms. and we wnt to six flags. I think that which ever city you go to you will have a great time because it is a great program

I think that Atlanta was the best city of all of the cities. We threw parties every night in the commons of Harris Hall, that’s where the boys will stay. Unfortunately for the girls they stayed in Means and Longstreet which were the guys dorms and it smelt bad, the boys had the girls dorms which are quite pleasant. Other than that the site visits were awesome I went to MCG and we went to the dentistry, nursing then the med school, while there we were able to experiment on the cadavers. We also went to Southern Regional Hospital; I had an alright time because I was sanctioned off to the radiology department, but some ppl got to see births and a man who O.D.ed and was going crazy. It is soo much fun the ppl are nice and the information is great you will learn so mch and make a lot of friends.

I went to L.A. and I absolutely loved it! But I would have to compare it to other cities to really be able to tell.
