1) would a nice blouse be considered proffessional attire if it was worn with a long skirt/nice pants?

2) also, are low blouses acceptable if a tank top is worn underneath?

3) can we wear blouses where the sleeves are see-through, but the rest of the blouse is not?

1) Blouses are professional. Just remember if you're wearing pants for professional you need a blazer. No blazer necessary with skirts
2) Probably. Having never seen the outfit and not being an FA, it's hard for me to make an exact call on that
