Ty, the dress code form that we all got in the packets is fairly accurate, or so I have heard. Here is a link to it. http://community.nylf.org/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/547605691/m/707602142

Hate to say it, but she's right. You wear dress clothes at least 7 days out of the 10. Bring comfy clothes too, but you will need to dress up a lot. You'll want something pretty formal for the dinner dance, too.

Yes, shes right...you will be dressed up quite a bit! Depending on your location, you may be dressed up all day. Even relaxed professional is still dressed up...the only casual times we had were mostly evenings and the outings. For the dinner dance people wore everything from prom dresses to skirts and blouses, some even went with slacks. We were on a boat, so it was kinda chilly, jacket was nice!

make sure that your dress clothes are comfy. quality shoes are important so if you need Dr. Scholls (spelling?) soles, do it. But all in all, polos are great for relaxed professional and I know that people will wear them regardless of need for professionalism (lol) or what not. Just make sure they don't force you to walk around in full professional dress in 90 degree humid weather. That was very, VERY uncomfortable lol.

lol no you don't have to wear dress clothes everyday or all day, I went to chicago last year. Don't sweat it you really aren't in drss clothes that much, take lots of casual clothes.

My mom is going about this the same way, going absolutely nuts. Just a quick question for the professional attire, does it have to be a suit or will a black jacket and pants with shirt/tie be enough?

BOYS YOU HAVE TO WEAR JACKETS ON PROFESSIONAL DAYS

the couselors might let you take it off during sessions that day but on trips and when there are speakers you have to have your jacket on or they will yell and you

AND WITH A TIE!

Actually, it's fine to wear sleeveless shirts on professional days. The shirt must simply be a nice blouse that seems fairly professional (no tank tops), such as a lacy blouse or sleeveless shirt with a collar. My FA wore sleeveless shirts most of the time.
