Maybe. You could probably ask your advisor but they're under no obligation to write one. Also, I don't know if they still do this, but when I went, we had the opportunity to get a letter of participation or something like that later on. It's not exactly a recommendation letter though

Colleges seem to want the recommendation letters from teachers though. So do keep that in mind
