I just received an email reminding me to complete the "FUEL" assignment. Is this ABSOLUTELY necessary, so necessary that they're going to kick me out if I don't do it? Because I really don't want to bother 10+ people to fill out information about myself that I probably know better than them. Or as I saw in another post, can we just get parents/siblings/close relatives to do it?

Im the same way. The people doing the survey probably don't know that stuff about me. I would know the best, and i know where i need to improve, and what i do, and want. But it is necessary, and i got around to asking the people to do it even though i dont want to bother them with it.

Thanks for the feedback! I just want to know one more thing... what happens if not all of the people submit their survey in time? Will I get in trouble? Or will they just give me the results for the people that did submit them?

I think that's why they told us so far in advance. It is pretty ridiculus, I know! I don't know what they could do if we don't completely finish it, we already paid over 2 thousand dollars, but whatev. I am pretty sure they won't just stick you on the next flight home!

I just started mine today and was wondering the same thing! I don' really trust everybody I sent it to to fill out and I am getting a little paranoid. If anybody finds out let me know!

Did they do this in the past? It would be great if we could get a response from someone who had to do it before.

FUEL wasn't a requirement (or an option) when I went two years ago. hoenstly, I have no idea what it is. I'm not sure if they did it last year, but no one asked about it last year so I'm assuming you're the first group to have to do it.

I don't think its that big of a deal everyone thinks it is...just write down the people who took it for you. simple as that.

I just want to make sure that the people I ask will actually do the survey - I don't always trust these people!

it's definitely not necessary. my mom called up and asked if it HAD to be 10 and they said it doesn't have to be 10 but that's what they want. but i'm only getting like 7 or 8.

Really, why don;t they tell us that - I mean I guess they figure a lot of people will just be slackers and not do it but it really isn't smething that needs to be done.

Yehj, yes is necessary! It also helps then determine how you interact with people and how good of a leader you are etc...it won't even take 5 mins!
