essentially you eat hotel food, sleep on the equivalent of a board, and ride on busses all day. you'll have fun.

I think what your Mom is talking about is the Site Experience Form that you sign up for or the people runnin' this thing gives you one. If you go to the main page for NYLF and sign in, somewhere on the page there is a heading for the Site Experience Form.
