Yes, it does seem we are divided politcally.

That makes sense Shiloh, I wouldn't be too excited to fly that long either.

Hey all the new people! My name is Ally, and I am from the wonderful state of Texas! Love it here, gets kind of hot sometimes.

Only 13 more days, and I am sooooooooooo excited!

Well heres a little bit more about me. I am a Libertarian and a hardcore Pittsburgh Steelers fan. I'm an Army JROTC cadet and a Junior at Seneca Valley Senior High School. I listen to anything from Punk Rock to Gregorian Chant. After High School I plan on serving my country as an officer in the United States Army. I tend to be loud and run my mouth with out thinking about it, so if I do offened anyone, please accept my advanced appoliges. So peace out and see all of yin's* in DC.

*Yin's- Noun, substitute for the word 'you'. Most offen spoken in the Greater Pittsburgh area of Pennsylvania

hey catyshack, i go to granite over in east county.

good to see we will have differences in politics, it will allow for entertainment. if we were all the same it'd be less fun.

I'm not paying attention much in school in general now. I'm a second semester senior so...... well yeah I should but it's hard. Instead I'm waiting for the trip, trying to stay on top of things politically, and wondering how to pack for this thing. Anybody have any suggestions regarding a good way to pack "professional attire"?

Yes, paying attention is school is very hard your senior year! I am a senior to. I skipped my Junior year of Highschool, so I am a sixteen year old senior. I get a lot of grief for being the youngest in the class, but its ok, I can take it. Smile

Since everyone is giving info about their political side, and their favorite sport team preferences, so should I! I am a conservative, and always lean towards the republican side. I am a supporter of George Bush and the Iraq War, and Condoleezza Rice is my HERO! And I love the SEATTLE SEAHAWKS .. who are by the way .. GOING TO THE SUPERBOWL.

Yup, I never pay attention in class. It doesn't matter what is going on, I just get bored!

Favorite collegiate team is the national champions, Texas Longhorns! I am from Texas so that makes sense. Favorite basketball team, gotta represent my Dallas Mavericks. Can't say the say for football. Cowboys are okay, but I love them Seahawks!

As for political issues, don't support Bush anymore or the war in Iraq. Don't claim Republican or Democrat, just depends on the issue.

Whats everyone thinking the simulated situation is going to be? It something on Nigeria. I'm guessing it'll have to so with the oil in the delta region and the MASSOB splinter group in the south west or east don't remember. I did a topic like this in MUN, which I run at Arlington. I'm from Pouk NY. aka po-town.

Hey everybody, I'm Josh Piron from Lima, OH. I'm 18 years old and I'm a senior at Shawnee High School. I've never been to anything like this before so I'm a little nervous, but I can't wait to get there and meet everyone.
