Sometimes it takes a while for people to register. Additionally a number of attendees that could register are out and about on their summer breaks which may include vacations. If memory serves me correctly, for your particular forum, the acceptance packets are going out now/or in the last few weeks and not everyone has gotten it. Some people also register but never really post. You could try looking through the message board member directory and see if anyone else has registered for your particular forum.

you go in to your profile select edit pic select custom avatar at top of page then select upload costom avatar and you can pick a pic thats already saved to your computer
