haha, nah Massachuetts is far off from MD. I was talking about the person from Pasadena MD. Pasadena is only about 15 minutes away from my town.

I'm Matias Valero, flying down from Eau Claire, WI. I was born in Minneapolis, but I'm actually Spanish.. if that makes sense. I'm going to be a junior this year, and I'm totally pumped about the Forum. I was wondering about a couple things, though.
First, how much research have you guys been doing about the East Congo region? From other Forum's posts, it sounds like there isn't much you have to do, but its best to be prepared, no? Just wondering what you all have been up to.
Also, I read somewhere that there's a dance at the end of the forum. This is completely awesome. Dancing is simply the best way to unwind, and I love it. If any of you do, too, shout out!

i have also done a little research. i just did some reading online, nothing too major, but i am planning on doing a little more.

as for the dance, i have friends who have been before and they also said their is a dance on the last night. i'm pretty stoked about it too.
